Who we are

Sukify ("we," "us," "our") is a digital loyalty platform that helps small and medium businesses replace paper stamp cards with QR-based digital alternatives. Our platform is operated from Cebu, Philippines.

What data we collect

We collect data from two groups: merchants (business owners and their staff) and customers (the people who use your loyalty cards).

From merchants:

Name, email address, phone number
Business name, logo, and branding preferences
Branch/location information
Billing and payment details (processed via GCash)

From customers:

Name (as provided during card creation)
Phone number or email (for account recovery)
Stamp/visit history and redemption records
Device information and approximate location (for analytics)

How we use your data

To operate and deliver the Sukify platform
To create and manage digital stamp cards
To process payments and send invoices
To provide customer analytics to merchants
To send push notifications (Pro plan merchants only)
To improve our platform and develop new features
To communicate service updates and support

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized team members only.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with:

Payment processors (currently GCash) to facilitate billing
Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting
Analytics tools to improve the platform

Merchants can see their own customers' stamp and visit data through the analytics dashboard. They cannot access other merchants' data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Merchants can also export their customer data from the dashboard.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how people use our platform. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Sukify grows. We'll notify merchants via email for any significant changes. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
