Acceptance of terms
By creating a Sukify account or using any part of the Sukify platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What Sukify provides
Sukify is a cloud-based digital loyalty platform that lets merchants create and manage QR-based stamp cards for their customers. The platform includes a merchant dashboard, a clerk application, and customer-facing tools including a progressive web app (PWA).
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to create a merchant account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Plans and pricing
Sukify offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) as described on our pricing page. Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Branch additions are prorated; branch removals are credited to your balance
Pilot program
During our pilot launch, selected merchants receive a free trial period and access to exclusive billing discounts. Pilot terms (including discount rates) are locked in at signup and will not be retroactively changed. The pilot program is limited to 20 merchants.
Payment
Invoices are sent via email. Payment is currently accepted through GCash. Accounts with unpaid invoices beyond 15 days may be temporarily suspended. No data will be deleted during a suspension -- your account will be restored upon payment.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, branding, business information). By uploading content, you grant Sukify a limited license to display and process it as necessary to operate the platform.
Customer data collected through your loyalty program belongs to you. Sukify acts as a data processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Sukify for any illegal purpose
- Distribute malware or interfere with the platform's operation
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform
- Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Create fraudulent stamp card programs or misleading reward offers
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures).
Account cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
Sukify is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we are not liable for lost revenue, lost customers, or any indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual property
The Sukify name, logo, platform design, and software are owned by Sukify. You may not use our branding without written permission. We may use your business name and logo in our customer list or case studies unless you opt out.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll notify active merchants via email for material changes and give at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cebu City.
